Whats the big deal with Colorado?
2 July 2010 | 18 replies
Denver has the big city feel, you'd have to take the good that Jon mentioned with some of the not so good (heat, some pollution, nasty traffic) that smaller cities don't suffer from. But I do agree, transplanted here from the Mid-West, I love this place over everything else I've seen.

MLS IDX INTEGRATION??
25 September 2018 | 2 replies
To my opinion, using a third-party provider is always a good idea, as it’s easy and it saves you lots of time. One of the reasons why I chose Realtyna was that it’s one time fee only, which I think is really effective in long-run.About their Organic MLS RETS integration, it’s a cool solution as you can display data from your MLS provider on your website. Also, they give you the ownership of web service solution as well as the ownership of data. The integration is SEO-friendly, which is obviously what you need in order to speed up your business and really move forward.I hope my brief summary was informative enough for you.You can actually request a demo from them and test it yourself.Wish you luck with the website!

Tenants having lots of guests over. what should I do?
18 July 2010 | 10 replies
check with the other tenants to see if they are being bothered first, if they have no complaints or issues then i wouldn't do anything. if some of the tenants have issues with the traffic, i would let them know informally(not in writing) to keep traffic down.

Not sure if that is available to you or not, but it is a nice option that you should check it if available. If you have not dealt wiht them before, they are not tremendously helpful (in my experience) and will not extend any timelines, so be sure that you have all your docs ready and organized and be persistent as heck in getting them on the phone (followups, questions, etc.)Good luck to you on this one.Jeff
