I want to official set up my LLC and need assistance with contracts.

To stem off that question, is there certain language that you use in your contract that manages timeline, un-worked days, etc.

All of this means a call to your local building official is in order.

The language in the Damage Deposit section of our lease allows me to charge for damages. 

So, googling around there does not appear to be one official nation wide MLS.All the sites that claim to be "an MLS", such as MLS.com provides access to the public.

You would need an attorney to make sure everything agreed upon is official.

I'd just straight up call the number and get an official okay from somebody. 

The official flammable cabinets can be unvented.

I can work with the local officials for required permits, etc.
