Hello everyone,I know what the initial answer may be on this, but at the age of 34, I'm facing some financial issues that really started as soon as I found out I had a lot of health issues that would cause me to lose my job and go into a greater debt than I would have liked before starting grad school.I currently owe about $140k+ and raising, and this includes student loads were are currently being deferred, but I also own a vacant lot in Philly that was reassessed by the city this year (because of big improvements) and it's worth $175k.

There are numerous types of mold, but black mold is the one we generally talk about.   

There are numerous reasons for this including input error, seller misunderstandings all the way down to malicious intent.  

The reasons I have are numerous, but I just prefer multifamily.

We have agreed to a price and terms (master lease w/option), but due to the holidays and the health of the seller's attorney, we haven't yet signed our Master Lease and Option Agreements.

I have had numerous late payments from a 2 income couple with good income.  1625 rent.  

You'll generally find that your options are much more numerous and you have a great deal more flexibility with crowdfunding.

I know our local market very well and have numerous projects of my own going on. 

Hello everyone,My rental had an issue where the heater was having issues and numerous techs couldn't fix it and ultimately the furnace had to be replaced.

However, if they are doing things that damage the property (e.g. staining/ruining carpet, etc.) or creating health risks, you may be able to write a lease violation with a fine.
