If you have a strong team of folks near the property (ie. handyman, HVAC repair, plumber, etc.) then yes, it can be managed remote.

All of this info can be sourced from online platforms and articles, real estate investment meet-ups, and general networking with folks in the industry.Maybe studying all of this is unnecessary, but at the end of the day, the more you can perceive change in the RE space, the better you can adjust your strategy and criteria to profit in the market.

Once you have an accepted offer and get the deal under contract, you can check out the BP marketplace or message folks directly to share the details of the deal.

I have received calls and emails from a number of folks on this board about investing in the Smokies.

Currently I find myself talking to folks that want to come check out the place, then scheduling a time and meeting them there to look at it.

I would love to connect with other folks and more experienced investors to learn from.
