So 1 of my referrals, who is a banker, is looking for a non traditional lender who can financed a borrower with a not-so-great credit scores. 

There are many portfolio or Non-QM loans available as well.

The tanks are technically non-regulated by NJDEP. 

There are a lot of tools for the non-realtor investors among us to market our new flip for sale or rent.

Apparently the tenant recently had some issues with the roomate, including multiple month of non-payment of rent, so the tenant decided to "lockout" the roomate by putting the roomates items on the porch and not providing the roomate with a new set of keys. 

Is it possible to form a joint venture or other form of non-entity partnership to make this work?
