Any one have any Information they would Love to share on getting a Non Recourse loan in Indianapolis.

You are going to have a really hard time finding any banks or commercial lenders doing a non-recourse loan product on a loan amount that small. Usually non-recourse debt begins at the $2mm mark or so, depending on the property type.

Your best course of action would be to find a private individual that will lend you the capital, or raise it, and have it specified in the loan documents that this mortgage is non-recourse. The banks just won't ever do it with something that size, unfortunately.
