my 3 unit non owner occupied refi cash out loan with quicken is nearly 10k for  at 60% ltv. with 3.5 points  720 credit, 5.75% apr 30 yrs, 500 cash for appraisal. never paid points before on any loan. i started in may with them and appraiser finally set appointment then rescheduled. anyone maine heard northstar appraisal portland?

depends on the interest rate you get and whether you do an ARM or fixed rate for 30 yrs and also the down payment amount and how much you are paying for taxes and insurance but will probably be between 800-1100/mo PITI plus utilities
