No property manager, trying to Skype when potential tenants walk through for showings. 

Anyone do this? Or have self guided tours?

Have house alarm and lock I control remotely..fyi..

I let people self show properties all the time. I require a picture of their drivers license be texted over along with the time they want to view the house. They text me when they get there and I give them a lock box code.  They then text me when they leave. If I suspect fowl play, I will contact the police with their I.D. I've never had a problem......
