That being said, talk to an accountant that works in the real estate field and or a real estate attorney to make this as safe as possible as far as the IRS is concerned.

I still have my SFH, six kids, one on college that may be getting married next year, and a slew of medical issues.

I have owned rental properties for over 10 years and like the idea of expanding my knowledge in the management field.
