CT and MA are terrible for taxes (but rents should make up for that), and MA can be known for being very "tenant friendly." 

I am a newly licensed real estate agent in MA and have my NH reciprocity license.

I've got a 3 family in Chelsea, MA with about 25% equity, my DTI is under 50%, I have an FHA loan and I want to free it up so I can use it in the near future again, so I want to get into a commercial loan. 

Is it illegal to wholesale properties without a license in Massachusetts illegal?

The proximity to MA is a benefit.Manchester strong rents, but getting into the market can be tough, as multis are priced accordingly.West Hartford if you're in this town you're probably banking on appreciation, not cashflow.Glastonbury Strong rents, but expensive.
