Permanent RV, Cabins (tiny-houses that aren't built to mansion finish-outs), container homes, manufactured housing, and other alternative housing is the only way to keep these folks housed.   

The prudent instruction would be to tell them to have buyers in mind before approaching an owner occupied homeowner, as the risk of not having a buyer has a probability of failure and upon that failing a greater chance of having a ticked off seller.

She also stated the wire instructions have changed and that I need to send the wire right away.

Through the 80s and 90s, the manufacturing went to Mexico, but the engineering stayed in the US, and then both manufacturing and engineering went to China. 

Conducting a move-out inspection triggers a series of time sensitive events which ultimately results in the return of the security deposit.My thought was to refer my tenant to the Move-Out instructions outlined in the lease (switching utilities, cleaning, having gutter cleaned, etc). 

It may seem handy, but it increases the likelihood of problems when tenants (or Landlords) don't know how to properly use it.I would contact the manufacturer directly for instructions, then write them down for future reference.

Another route is to talk to your local manufactured housing association and some mobile home dealerships in the area.

In the property, there are 2 old manufactured houses: one is 1978, and the other is 1975. 

My husband and I also own a manufacturing/embroidery business and are looking to invest into a commercial complex as well.
