For example, residing in California but brokering hard money loans in Florida with no license?

Does anyone know of a bank or an investor-friendly lender who will approve a loan with commute to New York?

Yes NY is expensive but long term wise it'd perform better then any Midwest property.

Being that I am do not in incorporated Palm Springs, I do not fall under the city's short term rental regulations.
