While driving for dollars I came across a area in Charlotte that for years was known as a section 8/ low income area near Johnson c. smith(biddelville) .Now it has homes with values of 400k, many investors in the area know that the noda area and areas where the light rail is going through will be a great investment.

There are a few problems with it... mainly that it is outdated - The home was built in 1930 and has no AC, windows are cracked and old, the light fixtures were barely there and the floors (hardwood and linoleum) were a mess.Now it's essential that I mention that this is an out of state purchase.
