You have to learn to let go and not care so much.It's immaterial if they showed up or not, right?

We all learn as we go and when it comes time to purchase your next rental, apply what you learned from buying this one.Also if the rents are that much below market, I'm not sure why you wouldn't rent the front unit at market value.

If you are going to buy "off market" you may as well learn how to do that correctly so you can repeat the process and profit.

I will learn along the way and always remember they’ll be mistakes “common sense” learn from the errors.
