Fast forward to now, I’ve quit my 50k+ 9-5 job but I still have my other job making about half that.

Nobody will do a better job than someone in the family, and the money stays in the family.My cleaning lady does the work for free, plus I get to sleep with her.

However, after researching it and having her actually do her homework it came to light that divorce, separation, health issues, moving for a job, and a few other extenuating circumstances were the only exemptions for no paying capital gains before 2 years of having it as a primary residence. 

As of now, I'm about to get a job to begin to split money for a car and later on (hopefully before 18) my first investment, a rental property.

Gross Income $1,900- PITI= $700 -Vacancy($100)-Management($190)-Water/Trash($60)-Capital Expenditures($150)- Repairs($100)= $100So only $100 in cashflow after all those expenses which is not ideal BUT have been cutting costs.

I have an LLC and would like to contract some of my less productive jobs out to a company like upwork.

Now it’s something everyone will have to deal with and figure out.Good job Canada!
