The lawyer did text her that he thought that the kids getting ownership of the house was favorable given what he knew of the lawsuit, but that was all he said.

I imagine (check with your tax professional / Lawyer /insurance agent) if you write an agreement to use the car for business w/ the LLC you will have to get commercial use coverage which will increase your premium as I understand it. 

We dont invest out of state, but a few people I know who do have used KKOS Lawyers, I believe out of Utah.

If it is the tenant's fault, then they should be responsible and deduct it from the security deposit (but I am not a lawyer) and that is why I pay people to manage the properties. 

Also, a referral for a real estate lawyer in or near Dickson TN that may be better to work with.
