I've found BP about everywhere I looked on the internet for places to visit about real estate investing, but I didn't give it much of a shot last year when I signed up.

I work hard to sell my listings - doing more than just placing them on the MLS, and my firm spends a lot of money to have the best internet marketing in the state.  

I just can't get this little nitpick out of my head before I start trying to push big marketing numbersLet's say you're doing (or your VA/staff is doing) your Craigslist/etc. internet marketing procedure looking for houses, contacting FSBO's and landlords.

They don't have the internet where your cash buyers live?

I talked to one guy who said his house was going into foreclosure but talking to a friend who has access to MLS and looking around on the internet, the property isn't showing that its going into foreclosure.

We have no past experience in real estate investing but we're really good at learning new things and the internet is a remarkable place filled with lots of useful information!

I have been doing lots of homework on real estate investing, including reading several books and exploring the Internet, and that's how I came across this site.
