Im scheduling an appointment with a seller on his property that has a tenant in it and he tells me he has to check with the relator company to see if it was fine for him to show it to me. the house is for sale by owner and it is on Zillow does that mean their will be a relator involved at the showing ??

You can't rely on most what you see on the internet because they are mostly liars. 

Most opportunities are easily accessible on the internet.

You do the same things, just all the small stuff too, like taking all the calls, scheduling all the appointments, inspections and managing the bank and title company.

Ok, im so tired of scouring the internet reading articles and so much conflicting or off in the weeds information.Im looking at alot of foreclosures and REOs, i know you must perform a title search for leins and encumbrances. 

I was in hospitality for years so I know I’d do well dealing with people (tenants) and handling several tasks at a time as well as 3 years sales experience - which consists of always being on the phones, booking appointments, meeting clients, etc.. not property management or real estate related but hoping to be given the chance to learn.
