Will a realtor be involved?

I have a question. Im scheduling an appointment with a seller on his property that has a tenant in it and he tells me he has to check with the relator company to see if it was fine for him to show it to me. the house is for sale by owner and it is on Zillow does that mean their will be a relator involved at the showing ??
