No interior inspections. 

I’d say that’s a risky position to put yourself in along with not seeing the condition of the interior.

Based on exterior, I am assuming the interior is going to need some work.

Is there any sites or magazines (I know dated) where we can find current floor plans, interior designs of what currently sales in today’s market to add value to a rehab?
