Only poor planning.

Before I purchase an insurance policy I wanted to seek some guidance on the best way to proceed.I received 1 quote so far for a HO3 policy that has 600k+ of dwelling coverage, 70k of additional structure, 450k personal property, 200k loss of use, 500k liability, and a few extras like equipment breakdown, water backup, service line.

I only use it for my personal stuff, and exclude anything that has to do with my rentals, which I'm assuming would be the plan for yourself.

Respectfully, Jacob, if you buy in to a deed restricted community, knowing the community does not want AirBNBs and plan to circumvent the publicly available rules to put a STR in there anyway - that's dishonest. 

Might be a lower commission if it was part of a larger package deal (like using your McDonalds reference, planning to sell many little things that add up to a lot).

We plan to have designated broker-officers to facilitate transactions and referrals on behalf of our entity.

Now the last tree I had removed was 5 years ago and the arborist took it to a friends house that has a mill where he was planning on milling the tree into oak flooring for a house he was building.My question is should I bother trying to get some value out of this tree one way or another?
