We sold our house recently. Our parents paid 10K for the plans to build it in 1975.  Do I offer to sell the plans to the new owner or give them?  What should price be if purchased.  There are many rolls of paper plans...

Thank you so much for that information I really appreciate the help I was told I would have to wait until the property has its own tax number I wouldn't be able to split the parcel until 2025 because no construction loan wants to be a second lean on a property is that true

@Joe Carpyou can buy rentals with a DSCR loan, and they will not require W2 income like a conventional bankhowever, down payments will be 15-30%, so will use up your cash fasthow to scale as we sink money into each property is definitely a major challengei have done a couple successful BRRRRs that helped preserve capitalhope this helps
