The beauty of it is that you will simultaneously be able to live for free, increase your net worth, and hopefully even realize an additional income stream all by implementing the house hacking strategy. 

Once the lease is up then you could implement your own.

As you scale up your investing you will want to implement more of these into your strategy because there are vulnerabilities within each separate pillar.
