I’d analyze the amount of money you can make for each but you will probably find it to be greater with 4 one bedrooms as opposed to less 2 bedrooms.

no real way around it unless your in the business and you can offset some of your interest income with business deductions but you still have to spend the money to deduct it.. although driving to your loans may allow some car write off perhaps.but really your going to make money and pay tax's its better to concentrate on the collateral and a safe investment so you actually have some income to worry about..

However, in all those early discussions they failed to mention the fact that the property being owned by an Irrevocable Trust would be a barrier to them lending to me, and I'd naively assumed that the Trust would be treated similarly to an LLC, etc.So here's the situation.
