2 Bed Units vs 1 Bed Units

Hey everyone,

Wanted to poll the community for the pros vs cons of 2 bedroom vs 1 bedroom units for rentals. Doing a renovation now and have the option to do x2 2bed 2 bat units or x3-x4 1 bed 1 bath units. Know that 1 beds are likely higher turnover but wanted to poll from the community's experience.
