Call every bank and credit union you can find on the State's website (they should have a list of banks legally allowed to operate in the state some place).Then start surfing the web looking for information on these folks and then start dialing.

@Peter Bardou What about using the web based version of Quickbooks?  

The Sheriff's web site lists all the properties that are going up for auction each week and I noticed that all but a few of them were going back to the bank for $100.  

I understand the different project scales play a big role in this comparison here, perhaps a defining one, but the fundamental basis is the same.

So the idea of selling this one to reinvest in another doesn't sound good to me unless there is really something fundamentally wrong with the property, not just with how it has been managed so far.
