Closing speed?

I LOVE when our real estate related clients keep quickbooks- it will speed up the process for your CPA and save you money on your return. 

I found a DCS professional range in like new condition, a GE Advantium high speed above the range convection oven/microwave, Whirlpool Gold dishwasher and fridge all for $1200.

Kind of like speeding or jay-walking.However, the issue that comes up is that when you are eventually caught, it's not a speeding ticket or some trivial hand-slap, the consequences are typically rather massive.

I am not an architect, but I know where to find one - and he is on my speed dial.

Reading through some of the other threads, I just saw a new one I never thought about - High Speed Internet.

I would definitely build out a list of handymen, electricians, hvac service, etc. because speed is the name of the game with STRs.

Hi all,I've been following the news closely about the launch of Brightline high speed rail service between Orlando and Miami and personally can't wait to cut out that grueling drive to Miami on I 95.

I was told it was the fastest they've ever seen a 203(k) loan close. 

@Julie Walker - I keep my window treatments (vinyl blinds) lowered all day and I have ceiling fans running at medium speed.
