However, the screening, evaluation and more importantly, ensuring you have a good grasp on ARV will be key in finding your property.I recently linked up with a wholeseller in the area and will be exploring that venue a bit more.  

It sounds very appealing to someone with limited funds such as myself, but there appears to be quite a high barrier to entry (that being competing with other wholesalers who already have very effective systems for finding distressed sellers).I was wondering if anyone has any tips or tricks that someone in my unique position could use to help me get started.

We still have enough of our HELOC to make another purchase, but if we want to go beyond that and the current rental cash flow hasn’t built enough we may explore paying off the HELOC quicker to re use.
