Some solos and small firm attorneys have lower hourly rates, are more responsive, and do the same quality of work. 

I want to provide quality housing at an affordable price and improve communities.   

In my experience, the ongoing costs have been higher than expected to maintain a quality experience.

Poison is a excellent preventive when used outside around the property.

Now, those homes have gorgeous hardwood floors, an excellent open kitchen etc. 

Literally zero redeeming qualities and not even a good financial package.

If it were a few months ago I'd say head out to a few FAR (Fresno association of realtors) meetings and let them know you have quality flips coming on the market soon, but Since we are starting to tip back into a buyers market that may be less effective now.  

I inherited them, but she says she makes enough money and they have been excellent since we took over; the place is immaculate, they pay early, and I've yet to have any issues.

She makes excellent money, but if you aren't up here you'll have to find someone to change sheets every day, wipe down, etc.
