I enjoy being a landlord and collecting rent.

I'm handy ( more than the average hammer & nail beginner ), I learn fast, and I enjoy the hell out of it.

Evil wins, can sleep at night and enjoys the money stolen from our family and our kids.

I am a penny pincher but also one to enjoy less headaches in the future.

Right now I am enjoying absorbing all the info here on BP.It seems like I can gain the most ground financially with more units, perhaps a quad is the best choice if I can find a good deal.

I'm in the process of converting my Primary Residence into a vacation rental, and this would solve a major logistic issue I have with granting access to the house.

I want to add a few high end properties that I would not afford without the income from those properties, and I have not been able to find any lender willing to look at future income from vacation rentals.

I really enjoy it and find it to be very profitable.  

It was a pity that we couldn't enjoy the house that we put so much work on, but I'm sure we'll find a better one in the future.

Maybe you may enjoy networking more as people have stated above in taking this route.It also sounds like you haven't made enough calls to get comfortable doing it.
