Hey folks,This situation has not happened to me before so I thought I'd ask to see if anyone else has been through this.On August 16 I received a seller's counter offer on a property.

I've thought about Phx and I actually know the area really well as I went to college there but it seemed like the market is already high there now.

Thoughts on this strategy?

I've thought about getting in touch with rescue and similar groups to contact the HOA to show the statistics and data on dog aggression and bites and possibly bring some such "bombproof" dogs by for a visit.

They will often tell you to bid higher than what you had originally thought to try and "win" a bid (otherwise they make no money).
