Now, go to the clerk of courts and file a motion to cancel sale you explain in the motion that you are attempting to do a short sale and the lender is aware and acknowledged your request for assistance attach the package and the Acknowledgement email as an exhibit and file the motion.

This tenant also paid his rent on time and in general appears to be a reliable one.The other tenant is not cooperating with the w-9 request so I cannot open the appropriate account for his security deposit - I am concerned this tenant may attempt to use this against me later so I need to figure something out for this A.S.A.P.

I believe the "original" method was to purchase in cash to both strengthen your offer and reduce the cost of getting an extra loan.So, any attempts to use a loan as part of the purchase will put a "wrinkle" in the method as discussed above.

I actually attempted to wholesale to come with some capitol to buy my first property but I was spending thousands and getting nowhere, wholesaling is something I would do as I grow And make more connections but buy and hold is the road I’m going to take.

We're going to attempt the BRRRR strategy on this.

Is it possible to form a series LLC among the partners with each subsidiary LLC housing an individual property with equity distributed differently per deal OR would it make more sense to simply establish individual LLCs for each property without attempting a series LLC?
