Realtor told me a builder offered 139k, which I highly doubt because she also said the builder doesn’t know if he can even build on the 2.5 acres yet so doesn’t make sense for him to offer if he doesn’t know...but just my opinion.

I suggest you start by educating yourself via podcasts, books and networking.

I would get a second opinion.

And you might get a little bit of education on how to fill out a representation agreement and how the licensing laws effect you.But you won't learn anything about how to market or prospect for leads, negotiation, sales, or how to run a business.

It's important in my opinion to know why you're looking to buy properties.
