Actively looking for new opportunities, including motel rehab. recently Vail Resorts acquired Peak, (attitash, and wildcat) something to keep an eye on over the next decade as they tend to inject capital into their communities. at this point, its no secret that North Conway Vacation rental market is pretty good. but its become very saturated. over 700 active listings.... turns out, its run the long term rental market dry, driving up prices and availability of good tenants. just converted a Vaca unit to long term unit, after operating expenses its about the same cash flow, but less work.

I currently have an investment in MO -single family- that is cash flowing nicely but the market is drying out in that town and I’m looking into different markets.

But, something like a dry business plan for any city you want to analyze.

(This has more to do with deals drying up.

I use mastic (tile adhesive) to float tile grout lines or unevenness and just use the peel-and-stick over top of that once it's flat, dry, and clean.

If you've got the dry powder, the financing, and the reserves to get the job done...why not?

I have been through the credit drying up and going Poof ..401k is there but the other credit could get froze or called.. 

We had a little bit higher turn over and rents did not increase maybe went down a hair.

Easiest way is to make sure your color is close is to have a large enough sample to match and then take their mixture and put a dot directly on the sample and dry it right in the store. 

If it is hair, toys, food items, grease, paper products other than TP, YOU pay your plumber immediately, then send copy of invoice and letter requesting reimbursement per the terms of the Rental Agreement to the Tenant; Tenant pays you.
