Your money has no contingencies where in the other cases a partner has to approve the deal or the HML lender has to have the appraisal hit a certain mark etc.I find these people that change their tone to rude is a stall tactic because they are found out and are trying to dominate the situation.

@Bill Briscoe - We've fixed the problem, and formatting should be working now for IE8 users and below.That said, as an IE8 user, you don't get the full features of our WYSIWYG, so I definitely recommend upgrading your browser to IE9 or above, or using a new version of Safari, Firefox, or Chrome.
