My opening line to the seller was along the lines of "I spoke to Russ your neighbor when I was walking my dog and noticed your home. 

With that said, every park has it's own unique behavior, so there are cases where having a handful of transient RV spaces is actually a benefit to the park. 

No excuse to not pay you , dont they have money for cigarettes cell phones alcohol eating out dog food etc .. geez it’s only been a a couple weeks and they are already planning to stiff you ? 

Some companies don't allow certain breeds of dogs in the property.Bottom line is I would recommend just going with a company you're familiar with and that you trust.

Your favorite contractor might be busy when you make a deal, your agent might be out of town and your dog might be at the park when you need to pet the goodest boy.

That's a hall of fame swing for your first one.If you want to lower your income go find a dog that isn't producing anything that you can replicate that value add with.
