I’m considering buying STRs there and was hoping someone with experience in that area might be able to discuss how they got started, make some recommendations on agents, and let me pick their brain about how the process works.

Most people can't wrap their brains arround the fact that perceived income isnt neccesarily actual income.

I suppose I am just launching all of this into the online void because I've been wracking my brain for a year as to how I want to pivot. 

Helping someone I’m financially invested in seems like a no brained as long as I have the tools to do so.

I am also meeting with a friend of a friend next week that invests in the area to pick their brain!

The key benefits on investing here is the cost to get started and being able to buy a newer property (less brain damage), compared to other Florida metros.
