What investing topics would you want to do a deep dive into? 

Living for free gives me some breathing room with my budget and I could make minor repairs to the unit I'm living in.

Rehabbed one of the two units completely:- Sand and Stained Original Harwood Floors- Paint from ceiling to base trim- New Oven- New Toilet, Vanity, Sink, and Medicine Cabinet- Built Shelving in closets- Deep cleaned exterior and fixed areas of vinyl siding that needed to be replaced- Stained decks - Formed off street parking What was the outcome?

Self storage versus mobile home parks I want to get everybody’s opinion because it something I am diving deep in at this point but having never done it i’d like to hear from those who have hopefully done both and which direction they recommend to go.

I dont know what the deep dive into qualified means.. but if you say your qualifications are 700 plus fico that seems to cut the wheat from the Chaff right ? 

We have close to zero vacancy, so if I have a place empty for a week while I deep clean and vet prospects, it's not a big deal -- it WILL get filled. 

@Randall E Collins Dude you’re taking it too personally, people say nasty things about their competition all the time, deep down they probably just lost business to a wholesaler and they get all b*** hurt because of that, it’s superficial.

If the response is 'the rules have changed' well let's deep dive this--After all investing history has not treated investors well that make this proclamation in the past.
