The problem is stability...I know a couple guys doing well in Cleveland suburbs...and around Indy.

I personally don’t love CashMoneyDough from a marketing or branding perspective and would suggest either using your surname or something else that conveys the message of what you actually do more clearly.

I am currently looking at a couple of foreclosure properties that I cannot see inside of before purchase.

No one seemed turned off by a $210k price swing in less than a year.Had one I paid $91.5k for and listed for $250k after 3 months and again sold it in a couple days for full list.

For the last unit I have a couple options.

If I'd have called my landlord a couple years earlier and found out he was interested in seller financing I could've saved a third of the price vs. waiting to ask about buying it 'til my self-employment and rental income made me able to obtain conventional financing.

My property was on the market two weeks and was able to get it rented by an Air force couple..
