Does anyone have any ideas for effectively removing cooking grease and grime from vinyl plank flooring?

If the deal has meat on the bones and you are getting lower than recent comps for a similar property then spend the few hundred bucks and see what the inspector finds.

I have enough meat on the bone to make the interior fancy too but if the appraiser is never going to go inside the house that changes the details of the interior for me.

restaurant supply stores, my friend...about 10 times cheaper than home cook stuff and can take anything people dish out.

The students are not going to need to cook as much as most families so a smaller kitchen would be fine in this case I would think. 

Savings to me at least shows a level of discipline financiallyI would definitely consider them with a good rental/work history 

I'm not trying to be greedy and am specifically leaving meat on the bones for my buyers list so they will be more inclined to work with me in the future.
