BUT, a few things that were discovered: Leak in upstairs bathroom hitting downstairs kitchen, Leak in rubber patio upstairs and also leaking in downstairs kitchen, bathroom plumbing outdated, etc. 

There are three major components to qualifying for a loan: credit, income, and the down payment.
