They will only care about malfeasance, major errors, ethical issues, etc.While I will tell you that this tax season has been particularly vicious, and many pros work hard to triage their emails and other communications right now, this level of poor communication is very difficult to understand.At this point, I'd give the person one more chance and if you still don't get any results, then dispute the charge on your card or with your bank, file an extension and then engage with one of the other pros you interviewed with.

I learned that contractors arent too quick to bid 3) finding a lender who is familiar with doing the loan AND good at communicating with you AND the contractor on things that need to be signed or the next process in the loan 4) DONT GO ONE CENT OVER THE BUDGET (just use the 203k standard and not 203k limited). 5) prepare for a long closing because there are so many hiccups along the way.
