The V2 would seem to have great appeal in my local market, as they feature clean, European styling and a variety of desirable options including the possibility of multi-family units.

As a landlord, I would prefer tenants who pay on time and keep property clean and without damage.

My units are 1BR inexpensive, clean and safe.

Keep a cleaned up leaky free property and your in good hands as well as a walk thru annual inspections, if you get them, $350 typically covers a full tract home trench and treat with a 1 year warranty...

I got a quote for two guys to work for eight hours (all their own gear) for $450 ... that was on a two story brick house, almost entirely square.That's just for a clean, if you want them to power wash it to strip paint, or to remove years of grime and gross, it would certainly cost more.

Cleaning up the county government is a much saner (if seriously challenging) way to go, in my opinion.  

The list brokers access the county websites and then comb through all the information and create a clean list for you.
