I borrowed at 20% not really knowing.. although I had a RE license so I knew the term ( one reason I think many should take RE license course) any way lender turned into a real jerk I went to Jacoby and Meyers for 50 bucks attorney wrote a letter.. all my payments went to principal and I just paid back the principal and paid no interest.. and they accepted that instead of litigating because they knew they would lose. and could lose treble damages.
