:-)Oh, yes, I have been in it for a while here in Chicago, particularly the Southside and despite what many say and despite the gross lack of development and resources being put into this part of town, it is still beautiful and contains some of thee best classic Chicago history which can be seen through the architecture.

Example: Buy Lot 7 (1 acre) and by plat, you  get the septic lot 7A, which contains 'percable' soil for the build site and has X feet for the leach field and a similar sized (most counties) repair field.

There are many neighborhoods which contain very nice homes which have fallen in to disrepair, Some of these neighborhoods/ areas have came back, some never went down, and some are on the rise.Places like Lafayette Square, Never really went down because the residents cared for their neighborhoods.

If it allows entry... usually with some pre-notification... send her a letter, certified and first class... tell her you are coming in at a specific date and time... hire a lock smith, bring the police and then exercise your rights as a landlord.If your lease don't contain an entry clause... make sure that the next one does.Best of luck!

It contains information on the subject property, and 3 comparables, and when completed those boxes will have dollar values for how much the appraiser thinks that feature is or isn't worth, relative to what the subject property has, in that particular market.
