I personally love central Florida, but it totally depends on your lifestyle, if you want to live inland, near the beach, etc.

Hi all,My husband and I are looking to 1031 Exchange several investment condos towards the purchase of a small apartment building in central FL.

We already have more January 3rd postings than December which is totally abnormal.. 

Naturally, Europe is not always as good with "centralized databases" as far as RE goes (no Zillow type websites to my knowledge).

@Joe S.If it has central HVAC you should have the vents cleaned, replace the filter, and make sure that is not circulating the smell.

I have been looking in the central Arkansas area where I have family and have personally spent a lot of time there so I have a better idea of the neighborhoods vs picking somewhere random on a map that we can afford.

The other thing, and I'm not familiar with the area, but I see its baseboard heat and no air conditioning, I would think most people paying that much would want/expect central a/c
