Peer st and his original lender who probably had some buy back provisions are in the middle of this massive BK and no one wins..

So no you just suck it up and buy another one and keep tenant happy.then on top of that they make it so tough to make a claim you have to pay an inspection fee up front only to be told its not covered..

A recent study showed it was initially cheaper to rent than to buy in 97 of the largest 100 markets.  

Or is it worth going the route to find another investor to buy it at the 335k mark so they can resell it for that upside? 

Lennar in general is terrible, would not buy anything from them.

With ecobee you can also buy wireless door sensors for $40 that will temporarily turn off the ac or heat if guests leave doors open for more than 5 minutes.

Also, it may save you a lot of money/headache if you buy a plane ticket and rent a car to see it for yourself.
