We manage a number of properties on W Walnut, some just down the block, and it is a great section of Allentown.

Remember you are seeing a big block of blue, put some book cases, couches and chairs in and it blocks a lot of that.

Only problem is that only about 1/3 of the crawl space was able to be inspected because there is a wall blocking entry and none of the attic was able to be inspected because there is a wall cutting it off as well. 

We're likely buying a full block of homes from the land bank (6 quads, 10 duplexes, and 10 vacant lots).
