I did some research and found a mechanic's lien on the house.I just typed up a letter and dropped it in their mailbox asking them to call me so I can buy their house before it is foreclosed and auctioned.

Having said that, what I have found, is as long as the RE Agent(s) I'm working with have me set up on an auto notification for the criteria I look for, I don't need to be a REA to get that instant MLS access.

If you get the same rate for a 15 or 20 yr mortgage (or even slightly higher rate), go that route and set up an auto-draft on the 10 yr schedule.

Unless you are going with chimney hookups that would probably cost more for the chimney/liner etc.Furthermore, If the furnaces all 'reside' in the same mechanical room you would be advised to include intake combustion venting to avoid O2 depletion.
