The thing is both supply and demand have decreased so far so we aren't seeing any drastic effects in either direction except for those that thrive on transaction volume like realtors, inspectors etc.

Location and supply matters a lot, many areas have been overbuilt in self storage, so finding replacement tenants for the ones that bounce is going to be difficult.I'd be much more concerned if my apartments were in the markets that have banned evictions for the rest of the year.

If we have high unemployment that will dampen buyer demand. 40% of the job losses have been in the restaurant & service sector which has it can be difficult to make enough money to purchase a home in LA.Until Supply and Demand tips for a long period of time, I would start expecting wide spread price declines.
